TOP 10 ACADEMY has a strong commitment and belief that the education of our prospects, will prepare and arm them with the best tools necessary so that they can reach their full potential.
We have designed an educational program where the prospects receive daily education in classrooms technologically equipped for it and our highly trained teachers with whom they can follow the corresponding academic curriculum for their ages, according to the provisions of the Dominican authorities.

TOP 10 ACADEMY has produced more than 80 prospects who have signed contracts with Major League Baseball teams, players like Cristian Javier and Deivi Garcia among others. In 2020 alone, 21 players were signed.
